The approach to manufacturing products at SAJJAN, be it is a casting for an existing part that requires cost saving or those that have difficulty to meet specification or even a part that is made for the first time is always from the ground to up. The major criterion of manufacturing is selecting the right alloy and correct design. SAJJAN uses casting flow simulation method to analyze the casting process.

Prototyping and pattern shop

SAJJAN produces prototype castings using patterns that are made directly from the 3D design data using the appropriate alloy for client’s application and testing needs. Moreover, the short production time for prototypes enables the customer to test revised or new pieces before the actual production of casting begins. SAJJAN is equipped with an in-house pattern making facility. The patterns are maintained in good condition with specific identification in fire-resistant storage areas.
